The other key combat system is the movement-based system that allows you to gain combat bonuses by repositioning in battle. When you enter combat mode, arrows will appear below your character's feet, telling you how you should move. An arrow pointing up recommends that you move towards an enemy, boosting your attack attributes. An arrow pointing down will put you on the defensive. Moving side-to-side will increase your evasion traits. It's similar to the system that we first saw in Funcom's Age of Conan, and doesn't take at all long to get used to. A good combatant will be constantly moving, instead of just standing still and pressing hotkeys as the cooldowns become available.
