• Diablo 3 details pour in

Plenty of information had been leaked prior to an NDA being officially lifted, and now it has been. The goss is legit and it's in the wild, already stirring up a lot of healthy anticipation and argument. Of particular note is a real money auction house and a ten character limit on accounts.

Blizzard executive VP Rob Pardo has defnded some backlash regarding the real money auction system, saying "people were going to do it anyway, and this way it's secure."

Here's some more snippets of info, and a gameplay trailer to whet your appetite...
    • There are limitations to how the AH can be used. For example, you can't just take money out of your battle.net account whenever.
    • 6 active skills, 3 passive skills.
    • Skill and trait points were removed.
    • Stash is large. Larger than LoD's and has 5 pages, that you can purchase for gold.
    • Cauldron of Jordan: Allows you to sell items from battle.
    • Nephalem Cube: Salvages items.
    • Stone of Recall: D3's version of a hearthstone.
    • Each class has around 20 skills and 15 passives.

I'm looking forward to SP but if the campaign is the same for coop I'd rather do it that way. AH stuff doesn't bother me since I don't envision myself playing this PvP, but I might change my tune once I've actually experienced what it's like.

      So region stuff aside:

Does this HUD look extremely familiar to anyone else?
At first I thought of Freelancer; but I'm 99% sure that this HUD is a direct copy from another game I've played - icons and everything.
