• PlanetSide 2 beta applications are open

    Sony's forthcoming free to play massively multiplayer first person shooter, PlanetSide 2, is now taking applications for beta participation. Head on over to the shiny new PlanetSide 2 website and find the sign-up link in the right column. As for the release date, SOE's John Smedley commented "when it's ready and we are proud of it," but it's expected early 2012.

      I remember when PlanetSide came out great idea but not alot of people took to having to pay for a subscription at that time, not to mention i only had an AMD athlon 1800+ and a TnT Pro hahaha
