Super Street Fighter IV available now

Attachment 6826In 2009 the fighting genre was revitalised as a single game inspired a new generation of players and recaptured the last. There's no doubting the significance and brilliance of Capcom's Street Fighter IV, but what's surprising is that its latest iteration, Super Street Fighter IV, is being hailed as something even better.

SSFIV has a meta review average of over 90 for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and after reading just a couple of the reviews it's not hard to see why. It's out today for $78 at EB Games, and the 'tournament manager' will be available for download on June 15th.

80 bucks is their "special" cheaper price they promised lol

For a hard-copy console title, that is cheaper. Considering most games retail at $100-$120.

nearly all new games can be had for about 79 bucks anyway from at least one or two retailers, and pretty much everyone price matches so i dont see any real difference in price
especially considering this is basically just a game of the year edition pretending to be a new game

Then you can probably get SSFIV for $59 from those retailers selling $99 games for $79. The point is that it's cheaper.

And game of the year editions are normally just a re-boxing. This is clearly much more than that.

It adds 10 characters, team battle mode, a replay channel, a tournament manager, the endless battle game, re-introduces the car and barrel stages and re-introduces rival matches.

$78 looks to be the cheapest retail atm, unless u buy online

and working for a retailer, i can tell you that it was changed at the last minute.
it was supposed to be much cheaper.

since when have game of the year editions just been a reboxing?
they almost always come with all current expansions and extra content
