Thread: Looking for a game

I dunno if anybody's likely to have it but since even Ebay is coming up empty-handed I'm getting desperate :p

Am just wondering if anybody has the PC version of a game called Shadowman? It's a bit old; was released around '99. I'm not after the PSX or n64 or DC versions because they're utter shite... if anyone has it I'm willing to buy it off you? It's a bit tricky to find 'cos like I said, Ebay is dry :sad:

Genre is 3d adventure / shooter, done from third-person perspective. A bit on the dark fantasy side - you play as a dead guy named Mike Leroi and you get to take down famous villains such as Legion and Jack the Ripper. You also get to run around the world of the dead (Deadside) waving a gun. If you need "official" information it was released August 1999 by Acclaim Entertainment and its developer was a company called Iguana Entertainment. It has ports on N64, PSX and Dreamcast but they all suck due to bugs or censorship.

i remember seeing that game in video stores. not likly, but maybe u can ask them if they still have it...or maybe cash converters

I definitely remember seeing that one on the shelves of EB Casuarina a while back (as in 6 to 12 months ago). Might be worth checking out to see if they still have stock.

Cheers, I'll remember that. It's cool in the meantime though; friend of mine DL'd it and burnt it to CD. So I've got it now even if it ain't as shiny as I'd like it to be, but I get to blow things up now so who cares?
