The dates for DGA EVO, are January 25th till 27th Australia long weekend.
Location - Northern Territory University, Building 24, Map for EVO
Room - The Hallway room

Sly Fox, NightCrawler, Bongo, Cubed and more have said they will try and make it for the LAN.
One more thing, would anyone be willing to billet some of the gamers... Bongo has asked if i knew anyone could ???, again still working out details.

as tn1 said, i am most likely to come up to DGA Evolution end of this year/early next. Love to meet all u guys and put some faces to names. yes, am lokin for a place to stay, i am willing to pay rent for board and food, i am a mature person in real life and am responsible (unlike the online cs me http://bbs.gamers.octa4.net.au/biggrin.gif), im a clean person and am not a slob, if u dont believe me my friends and family can clarify that, if there are no hosts...i will have to stay in the carlton hotel instead then ..... http://bbs.gamers.octa4.net.au/smilies/cwm32.gif . currently im gettin a new comp together...cant rock up to DGA with my crappy comp atm.

EDIT: if there turns out to be no host and carlton rooms r too expensive etc, id be happy to share a room with another one of the interstaters

just checked out the prices for Qantas return flights from canberre to darwin departing early monring 15th August 2002, $825 for the return ticket, 8 hour flight. im thinking maybe catch a train, that'll take a few days but that will include a room and meals, and will cost max $500. ive been overseas 3 times so i wonder if ma folks have frequent flyers points.....that $800 ticket to go with my new $1600 comp, and $400 in spending money equals what $2800, $2800 divided by a $7 and hour job would mean i have to work for 466.666667 hours @ a takeaway store before i can go to darwin. ill save up now and ask ma folks http://bbs.gamers.octa4.net.au/biggrin.gif, cos i REALLY want to be @ this LAN and check out darwin
