hey guys, i apologize if i have posted this in the wrong section!

im looking for an australian based clan for Bad Company 2 who play after busness hours (5pm-12pm), are there any going around that have there own server?

id also like them to be mature (17+) since im 23 and i dont work well with 12 year olds (no offense to the youngens :P)

i wont be leaving the forum so dont consider this as a post and quit thread :P

got HEAPS of dead / faulty / obsolete / crap hardware cluttering up our storage and want to get rid of it. Can we just take it to the dump or ... ?

Crocodile Wranglers Wanted

For anyone interested in getting some experience handling crocodiles...

This is a unique opportunity for people interested in gaining general experience handling crocodiles, and will provide an insight in to crocodile production. We are a diverse company (Wildlife research and consultancy, crocodile production, tour park/zoo) with ongoing opportunities for people to volunteer or get part or full time employment in different departments, so further opportunities may arise for interested persons.

A free barbeque will be provided for lunch on the day and volunteers are welcome to visit the park during the lunch break or after the move is finished.

Penny Arcade volume 6: The Halls Below

Well I've just about finished Penny Arcade volume 6: The Halls Below and I have to say, I am disappoint. Not because I don't like the franchise, or the work they do (because i most assuredly do), but because this volume feels really cheap compared to its predecessors.

The 5 volumes prior managed to fit 2 comics to a page in most instances, this one frequently drops to 1 per page with a ton of white space (or some random bit of art from an earlier strip in the book). There's also quite a few pages taken up with horribly blown up frames from strips in the book as well. At a guess I'd say at least 10 pages are wasted this way.

I can't help but wonder if their love for DLC is spilling into their own products, because it feels like this book is waiting for DLC to populate quite a few of the pages within.

Anyway, still a good [re]read, just.. overly short.

Plain Sight - Steam sale

So Plain Sight is on sale on steam for $2 USD or $6 USD for a 4 pack. Neat deal but they clearly didn't listen to Introversion when they stated a sale on steam not only saved them from bankruptcy but also provided them operating capital for a full year - currently people are spending 6 hours trying to register the game so they can play it.

My advice would be grab it and wait for a day or so after the sale ends before trying to install it (some failed authentication attempts have apparently marked people's serial numbers as in use). So you can see what the fuss is all about, here's a vid:

I'm probably worrying a bit too much but I went to Tracey Village last night and they asked me for my ID to check how many times I had been there because you only get to go 3 times before you have to sign up.

I handed over my ID and the lady said that I had been there 5 times already this year...

Last night was the first time I have been there in 4 years, last time I went was when I played 8 ball competitions...

So im a bit worried how they have me going there already 5 times this year.

Any thoughts?
