    Mouth controlled Xbox 360 pro-gaming

Randy “N0M4D” Fitzgerald, a professional Rainbow Six Vegas player, was born with a rare muscle & joint disability called Arthrogryposis which nearly paralyzes him from the neck down. Most would think that being a professional gamer would be non-exsistent on a list of possible occupations, but Randy defied the odds and competes in MLG (Major League Gaming).
Randy was introduced to gaming at the young age of three. When his father went bowling, he played the arcade games in the back such as Pac Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger. As years went on, he purchased different gaming systems such as Atari, N64, and many others. MadKatz made programmable controllers that allowed him to play, but unfortunately, they were discontinued.
N0M4D was then put in the uncomfortable position of not having a controller that fit his needs. But when Call of Duty 4 was released, Randy was chosen as a beta tester. He pleaded his case to Infinity Ward stating that disabled gamers would have trouble playing the game. Infinity Ward developed a specific controller layout which many remember from Call of Duty 4 called NoM4D.
Once Rainbow Six Vegas was released, Randy teamed with a few other gamers and created a team called H2O, and placed 17th in MLG Charlotte 2007. He had a custom controller designed for him that gave him the opportunity to play the game. The button layout can be seen below.
