If i somehow manage to find the time this week I plan to pop an ad in the paper this weekend to advertise for an IT-type person.

Mainly it'll be answering phones, booking appointments, creating invoices, ordering stock etc but a large part of the job will be repairs, upgrades, software installs/repairs etc. It'll be based in the rural area but there may also be some on-site work required. Odd hours may also be required, eg if there is a rollout or something which requires work to be done either after hours or on weekends. But apart from that it'll be pretty much normal monday - friday stuff.

So it's pretty much an office role for someone with good computer skills. I'm not so much after someone with the full suite of MSCE, but I wont mind if you do. Some other things I would be interested in would be: Austel Cabling licence, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Hardware, Wireless, Networking etc. Obviously you dont need them all.

I am after someone with reasonable IT experience tho - more than just swapping out a video card for your neighbour or the like.
