    I don't believe the rumors that she is wealthy. I've heard she won lotto, I've heard that her ex-husband was rich but he died and she went bonkas... now apparently she's an ex model.

    Truth is, she's a complete fruitcake who loves pigeons and lives near the Army Towers in the cbd.

    Even people with their wits about them find managing money challenging. How can Pigeon Lady possibly manage money?
