Feta Snack
For all you out there that have left over herbs use them its simple
go to the deli and get a block of danish feta cut up all your herbs and press the feta into the herbs.
place in a jar or container and cover in oil. Leave in the fridge for 1 week then snack on it with toasted french stick bread or biscuts.

oragano
chilli - hot
garlic
basil
thyme
