    Random Rant

    So what did ever become of the soapbox area n e way? Was good just to post random unrelated shit.

    On that note let me tell you a story. A story involving my computer turning to shit since my new broadband connection. A story of frustration and anger. A story that is true. A story that will now be in the past and a lesson to me...

    It starts with a Usenet client called Alt.Binz. It's been my pride and joy with my new ADSL2 connection, easily downloading 50gb+ a day and still have quality net and games. I even thought of downloading the internet, who knows maybe I will...

    At some point I got sick of Unraring shit I had downloaded and turned on the Unrar feature within the program, and off I went, quickly forgetting this. Well for 3 days my computer began to run like shit. I would watch a movie and bam 90%+ of my memory would be in use. I would surf the net then bam!! 90% of my memory would be in use. I would play games and fkn sure enough bam!!!! 90% of my memory would be in use. This resulted in even the simplest task to run like shit.

    To cut it short I only just realised all my shit is already unrarred and realised this whole time Alt.Binz was rear ending my computer in the background Unraring shit even tho my task manager said it was using fuk all!

    That is all.

    On another unrelated topic, I've head the Audio Technica ATH-AD700 are rather good for their price. I need a new pair of headphones for my compy, will these suffice. Also because of this;

    Audio-Technica ATH-AD700 Dynamic Audiophile Headphones [ATH-AD700] - $139.00 : PC Case Gear

    If you don't wanna following link $139 for a pair, seems like a steal at that price?
    Jesus loves you... But everyone else thinks you're a dickhead!

    Great headphones, great price.

    Just don't expect a bass powerhouse. They're accurate, superb for rock, audio production and hearing every in-game footstep.

    Not so great for club and dance music, nor head-pounding entertainment.

    Get them, they're brilliant for the price and I'm quite surprised PCCG sells them compared to the other junk headphones they normally carry. Quite durable too, I've had mine for probably 5 years or more.

    They seem to be on the front line of recommendations from Marcus at headphones.com.au, so you can't go wrong with that.
