    I just rang austar's internet services number. They have dial-up accounts availible.
    If your already an Austar Cable TV user, you can get a deal which is $25 for an unlimited account, 6 hour time out, and if your connection idle's for 30 minutes you also get disconnected.

    As for cable, it wont be availible in Darwin until around December.
