    Its Vice City which you probably now .. MULTIPLAYER !!!!

    There is no traffic and no pedestrians except the people online .... very hard to find cars ..... the movement of people is jerky and you can see them sliding on the floor NOT walking.
    Its quite crap.
    But the mod is quite small so you can try if u want to!

    well what do you want ?

    these people arent getting paid to do this mod. They do it in the spare time.. Its the same way counter-strike started up... give it time.
