Temperature - iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it

Any other iPhone 4 users experienced this? Had a call, then it stopping ringing and this screen popped up:

"Temperature - iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it"

Just restarted the device and it was all good - but it wasn't even hot.

Maybe your free bumper also insulates it ?
GU - giving everyone the freedom to post whatever they want...
so long as we can all pay them out if they missed an earlier thread on the same topic!
