    Some explanatory notes are in order here:

    The four that were 'In Build ? Waiting' have been replaced by the 5 noted above, in order to stop waiting in some places and start building in others instead.

    Despite the new ones being initially listed as 'Planned', thats really just 'professional caution' in their initial appearance on the list.

    The four exchanges in the NT and the one in SA noted above are not expected to be subject to significant access queue delays of the sort that were impacting the four that we've pulled off of the list for now.

    This also doesn't mean the four that we've pulled will never come back again! It just means we're concentrating our efforts on places that have become addressable and that are at a higher priority than waiting around for others that are currently stalled.

    The NT ones (and Goolwa and some others in SA) are made possible by the federal government 'Blackspots' program under which NextGen is building competitive (e.g. not "Monopoly Priced By Telstratm") optical fibre backhaul to Darwin from more southern climes.

    We've been wanting to do those ones in the NT for aaaaaages.
