    Browser help needed

    Here is my problem.

My 2 year old has now become quite proficient at using a mouse and can click on her browser toolbar for what ever kids website she wants, trouble is I've found over the past few days that over the course of a day she has many many multiple windows and tabs open. It results in well over a Gig in downloads each day and I have to stop it.

What browser will restrict itself to only one window/instance? (cause Chrome certainly doesn't).
GU - giving everyone the freedom to post whatever they want...
so long as we can all pay them out if they missed an earlier thread on the same topic!

I don't know of any browser that restricts itself to a single instance. IE6 is the last browser release that doesn't have tabbed browsing, afaik.

killing tabs isnt going to fix it man - look for an addon that can monitor the browser's throughput and stop a session based on that instead.

    this might do it: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5917/
