    Old 8mm tapes to Dvd

Does anyone on this forum have the capabilities to do this?
I have about 50 tapes I need to clean up and get onto dvd. I think its going to be cheaper for me to do it myself rather then take it to a company.
If anyone has done it and has some good hardware they reccomend.

    Cheers
    Peace-

Thats the way to do it yourself.
If you don't have a capture card and want something good for video work I recommend a blackmagic intensity.

If you have an old camera with a firewire that is your best option.
