Thread: Team Speak Server

We have a new teamspeak server at Internode. The IP address is 203.26.94.143:8767. We have had to password it as some fools where on there speaking weird languages. The password is fred.

The Channel is [icdu] and there are currently 2 sub channels, DC and NWN.

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control, Subarudog Teamspeak server is now none existant. We no longer have permission to host it where it was. Instead we will have to use internode, unless someone else has a better one. Whenever we use internode I would ask who ever creates it (as they dissappear as soon as everyone quits) uses the channel name [icdu]. That way we can all find it. I will create one when ever we are warring.

Get Teamspeak from www.teamspeak.org
Once Team Speak is started press connect.
Label: Whatever you want to call it
Server Address: subarudog.ntu.edu.au
Nickname: Your Nick
Tick Anonymous
There is now no password to get onto the default server.
However to get to any of the other channels (DC only channel atm) you need the password icbindu

Do not give this info to non icdu people!
Once a Teamspeak admin sees you online, they will allow you to register yourself. Then you can connect as a registered user. If you have trouble getting someone to register you, PM me with the username you want and a password (you can change it first time you enter, and no I can't read passwords, nor can i read into the future ) and i will add you.

I might be able to host on www.icdu.id.au Ill see if there is a linux version avail and do some tests..

OK, that would be sweet. Where is www.icdu.id.au server? If it's on you internet connection then it might slow you down when you play DC.

A good fast broadband connection, say 1500. Does anyone no of someone with a connection like this?

Yeah i know. That was sort of a sarcastic hint. Running teamspeak from a home adsl doesn't really work that well. We have already tested it and router subnetting really plays havok with it
