    well after problem after problemw ith my comp another has come up. this time it looks like my bios is gone thats wat evil reckons anyway. would any of u happen to know how to fix this or know if bits and bytes would fix this?

    Its an ABIT NF7 Board.

    You need to reset the bios by changing jumper bios settings- look in the manual how to.
    I think it is a yellow jumper on Abit NF7?

    err if you wanna reset the bios, just remove the battery for like 10 seconds

    but you couldnt possibly tell us what your symptoms are? kinda hard to help you when we dont know wtf is happening
