Thread: CS- GameArena Rules clarification

Here is an excert out of the Game Arena CS rules

Team Members:
You are only allowed to be a member of ONE team on the GameArena Counter-Strike Ladder.
I would strongly advise teams to make sure their rosters do not have members of multiple teams, as teams will suffer punishment for having players in the clan that are members of other clans. Do not say you have not been warned!

If anyone is a member of any other GA CS team, either drop yourself from their team or drop yourself from our team. It is considered cheating and at worse we can all be banned from playing on any CS GA server! Most likely though we will be heavily penalised (along with the other team you are part of) and placed at the bottom of the ladder......again.

In Game Chat

All Players are allowed to use Text (MessageMode 1) Chat BEFORE the war starts, and after the war has completed or result achieved, whichever comes first. No Text (MessageMode 1) Chat will take place between either team except the 2 Captains at any other time, including the half time interval and regardless of whether the players are alive or dead. Only Team Captains are allowed to use in game Text (MessageMode 1) Chat to communicate with the Opposition during the game. The nominated team captain should wear a "[c]" tag at the end of their nick if they intend on using MessageMode 1 for the duration of the war, and that player must not change unless the nominated team captain drops from the server. Team members are only allowed to use Team Text (MessageMode 2) Chat during the war. Nobody is permitted to use RCON SAY Chat at any stage other than to signify the start of each half. Repeated failure to comply with this rule will result in the infringing clan forfeitingt he match. We advise that players who are not captains unbind their (MessageMode 1) chat keys so no accidents occur.
