Thread: 2142 stats padders...

Pistol and knife servers are seen by EA to be stats padding. I have seen people have their entire stats wiped by playing on them.

shame for me, main time i get to play 2142 is at lunch at work, and our connection is too slow to rack up decent knife kills - i have a knife fight with someone and they stab me from halfway across the titan back deck! one of those servers would be the only way i'd ever get my knife gold. Ahh well.. i only want the unlocks anyway

incidentally... what's the go with you sometimes getting the same ribbons/badges twice?

They only bitch when it's a ranked pistol and knife server which is fair. It takes skill to get those awards in a normal fight. If it's a pistol and knife server then it would be too easy to get them and unfair for those that got them the right way. They don't care if it's an unranked, you can do what you like. You just won't keep the award when the rounds over.
