OD and myself had a quick chat about the infamous TGC. so are some quick detalis we discussed.

Mini Buses 2 - Booking and price? (to return people to there homes.)
Closing Times - midnight plus
Barmaide working hours - 2-3 hrs 7pm 10pm

Tables x - DGA to supply
Chairs x - Personal chairs.
Monitors x
Genreics PC's x
Barmaides x - Ben to look into
Location x - Done - Fleshy's or OD's house.
Cups/Mugs x
Switch/network x - need 24 porter DGA to supply
Power boards x - DGA to supply
Network guide x - DGA to supply
Esky x - Eater.


Equipment to borrow.

LCD Screens minuimum of 5
Cables
Tables

Ideas -

Open round 4pm, setup network and tables with chairs. Once the event is people will arrive from the bus/lift and enter the event.
Drop off money and Beers/bottles to the person on the front door. Then start to setup there PC's in the network area. Then they will use a generice machine to RDP into and setup there downloads via FTP or WinShare

After the queues are set and transfering clients will go to the lounge room/Bar area, order a drink then retire to the seats. The barmaides will complete there shift at 9/10pm? and leave for the night.
Closing time will be midnight (mini busses booked for that time) then we leave, or decided to stay back. if so the mini busses company need to be notified. we drink into the night...

p.s. OD's keyboard is SHIT, i am looking at a 24" lcd screen real hard on stuff, but no FFS he still using a $9.99 keyboard... get with it DAN!!!1 ;D

I am back in Darwin now - unlikely that I'll be offshore again till next year.

However, that is yet to be confirmed - that should happen Monday 7th Nov (when I get back to work).

Otherwise, count me in - along with my slutty 24" screen :-)

Howie could we organise a Webcam link for my ugly head on a 24" screen?

Maybe then I could show you blokes my 24" .......... you get my drift
