Thread: 52+ SH/SpS: where to hunt?

After the Dragonbearers in DV, I'm stuck. Theres certainly stuff I can kill (Vanor Stilenos, Cemetery, Forsaken Plain, etc) but, so far, it all sucks. All of these things are LESS exp than the high 40s Dragonbearers, which is dumb. Especially since I can one shot the DBs and not this other stuff. Suggestions please!

All I know for mages is Cem till about 58 then goto FG.

I was getting 18% an hour on Wack3d in the cem up the back at level 58, didnt really try much else sorry

Which mobs were you killing in the Cemetery? I tried the cemetery and was killing those punishment of undead (BM coin drops) and roving souls and whatnot but I had to 2 shot them for less xp than the DBs. My exp rate was sucking. I think at higher levels it reaches the point where you can one shot (I certainly saw a sorc of some unknown level one shotting them) but two shotting less xp is sucky.

The Orc supply captains at the back I was targeting
2 Nukes with the 2nd being overhit 6.5K - 8K XP per mob, drops pay for BSPS costs and you get ok mat drops.
They are in little squares of 4. As a SH as I would kill the 4th the first would be respawning. If its quiet I stand between 2 squares and kill from both.

hmmm such a bind your in, 2 shotting mobs for 5k+ xp.. :p :p :p

nah never took my necro past 52 yet, but in c2, valenor silenos area was da bomb!!! got my stiletto drop from them too.

As coco said cem is prob best as its got a good concentration of mobs in small area. After a cple more levels it prob gets more efficient and worth the trouble.

Also maybe ask the other big mages in the alliance with vil.

Do you mean the Taik Orc Seekers that are to the left and right as soon as you enter the Cemetery from the West (when coming from Aden)? Or are there other orcs there somewhere?

enchanted valley is fiarly nice but u will need to root the mobs

I take wack3d to the back of cemetery near Forbidden gateway and kill the orc captains? i think they are about 6.8k XP 2 shots. I started in the front of the cemetery killing the little orcs. At about 54 ish went to the back but i could have done it sooner.Past cemetry is a little better but there are aggro archers. If anyone knows anywhere better then let me know.

If you mean the Taik Orc Supply Leaders, then yes, I've found them. They're only about 5k xp though. I don't recall seeing any captains?

yeah thats them i get 6.8k XP with overhit do you know of any better?
