Yeah I got a G19 delivered for $139 last time. tbh I'm not sure I like it, and I've had it for a while. It's a little too spongy for my liking unfortunately.

Gah wish I had the money for the G27, my dodgy Momo FF wheel is making Dirt 2 really difficult >.>

Grid is rather shitful with a wheel when compared to other racing titles. It has poor support for wheel features in general, and the racing style is far too arcade. NFS Shift also isn't that flash with a wheel, as it has an unnatural oversteer/understeer issue.

DiRT 2's force feedback is unrivalled, you must give it a go. Apart from that, download the Live for Speed demo - it's immense if you're into open wheel sim racing. Use the Formula BMW on Blackwood. When you get down into the 1 minute 15's, we'll talk.

When Codemasters' F1 game is released in September I plan on setting up some regular get togethers with Ronan, Formula1 and whoever else is interested. Perhaps a 'Sunday Night Racing' gig with a ladder etc.

Ok just had a good go at Dirt, now I have to rest because my shoulders are all fucked from this unusual physical activity.

It's interesting that dirt feels so much more natural on the wheel, when grid is EXACTLY the same game.

    edit: it's great fun though
