    Microsoft SideWinder X8 Mouse

    anyone know where one of these Microsoft SideWinder X8 Mouse [3HA-00004(SIDEWX8MS)] - $79.00 : PC Case Gear can be picked up locally for a decent price?

    Still have my old generation 1 sidewinder and love it but its time for an upgrade.

    *not interested in in razer mice at all, too light and horrible to hold*

    Just had a look at work (Terrorbyte.com.au) and also on the Hallmark site, neither of us stocks them as far as I can tell. Best bet would be GAME or EB Games, expect to pay a serious premium though, probably looking at $130+. Possibly even a lot more.

    Yeh EB and GAME don't have them either, never expected HALLMARK to have them, they never stocked anything good.

    if i cant get one locally for DGA tonight i'll order online next week. (amazon has them for $50 atm).

    dunno who you spoke to at harveys, but we have had the sidewinders in many times before. none in stock atm though.
