    Liebert UPS service agent?

    Anybody know the service agent for Liebert UPS here in Darwin? I have one here giving me no love. I've had the batteries checked, they pass.
    They say if you play a Microsoft CD backwards, you hear satanic messages. Thats nothing, cause if you play it forwards, it installs Windows
