    NBN forum Darwin

    Maybe a little late but i just found out now, the NBN is holding a forum at the Mirambeena Resort tnight.

    You can sign up here:
    Community forums | Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy

    The forums run for around an hour and will include the following:

    * an introduction and overview by the host followed by presentations from NBN Co, public sector service providers and local firms
    * an update on the current progress of the National Broadband Network by NBN Co
    * a discussion on the benefits and opportunities provided by high speed broadband
    * a Q&A session and one-on-one interviews with the presenters.

    I think they were only wearing suits. Few business people and the likes. One of the local members.
