    WoW + Dual Monitors.

    Hey,

Iv got dual monitors set up atm, and wondering if theres any way to have WoW maximised on the secondary display? Tried puttin ti into Windowed mode, then maximising it while on the secound Display, But that just sends it back to the main display.

Any one else tried this before? Or know where i can find a solution?

    Cheers.

    An alternative solution:

Switch which monitor is primary and secondary and relocate your startbar and everything. Wow will see your secondary monitor, which is now set as primary monitor, and fire up on that.

No idea, wouldnt make any difference unless you're running one video card off your normal card and another one off a PCI piece of crap from 15 years ago :-/

Neb, both running off a 7600gt i think it is haha. I put the display that was the main one back the being the main one again, and moved every thing onto the secondary display, but it was still killing my FPS, Maybe having all the shit on 2 monitors at once is whats killing the FPS? :S

Doubtful, I run WoW on my main monitor, Email, Firefox, MSN and a plethora of other shit on monitor 2, my start bar and desktop icons are all on monitor 1.

I don't know if this will help but I'm currently running dual monitors for WoW, having WoW on my main screen and levelling guide/thottbot/wowhead running on the other.

Just use your secondary monitor as your extended desktop and shift the WoW icon over to it. I find that the monitor that I select and run the app on will become the monitor it will use.
