Thread: CoX - booster packs

City of Heroes/Villains just got 2 new booster packs: http://www.cityofheroes.com/news/arc...osters_no.html

- one allows you to spend $5 to get a jet pack that lasts one full month for all toons on your account (handy for those people who want travel powers ASAP and dont want to do bank missions to get one before lvl 14, or for those wierdos that prefer 2 ordinary combat powers over a proper travel power).

- the other is somewhat more substantial, it's called Cyborg, and gives you a permanent upgrade to your account. it gives you a heap of cyborg/power armour styled costume pieces, 4 COMBAT activated auras, a couple of new emotes (robotdance lol), and a self destruct power that applies to every toon on your account.

the self destruct will kill just about any oponent in the immediate vicinity - I'm assuming elite bosses and archvillains/heroes would survive, albeit having taken massive damage.
