    looks kinda old they do have the rights to use ID Tech 5 engine AKA Rage Engine they should use wich would make the game looks so good and its directX 11. i might pass on it also

    The Oblivion/Fallout 3 engine is Gamebryo. And id Tech 5 isn't even available for licensing yet.
