    Warhammer Online client goes free

    From CVG...

Mythic Entertainment has made the client for Warhammer Online free, meaning gamers only have to pay the subscription, bypassing the upfront cost for the software.

If you're new to the game, you can download the 10 day free trial and if you decide you like running around in Game Workshop's world you only have to pay the membership fee of $14.99/£8.99 per month. Mythic also offer a free-to-play option which caps you at level 10 unless you pay for a subscription.

EA and Mythic have tried a number of strategies to lure gamers back into its world, including offering free time to former players and free expansions. Will this convince you to come back to the game?
