Thread: Four New Players

Three friends plus my husband have decided to give L2 a serious go. They are going to pick up accounts this week and put together a group. I will be playing an alt with them on Mondays and Tuesdays and they'll be on other days as work permits as well as periodic all day Saturdays where we all hook up at someones house in a LAN.

For the ex-EQ players who know them:
Nyisa/Kastell from innoruuk/prexus servers (Maxine)
Rshiel/Alsymaya from innoruuk/prexus servers (Paul, maxines fiancee)
Docdave/Sethrah from innoruuk/prexus servers, Ekto on L2 (my husband)
Hagin from innoruuk/stormhammer servers (Billy)

Nyisa, Rshiel and Docdave are all ex-Southern Armada and know Ellyrion, Areknaron, Arradin/Vorsharden, Irreverance, Dayjha, Moghedia and Mesaanah.

Would there be any problems with getting them a clan invite or them having access to Teamspeak?

Are there any classes that the clan is in serious shortage of or really has too many of?

Does anyone have spare top no grade weapons that I could borrow? I've got a dagger, book and hammer to hand but would need at least 2 more depending on what classes they choose. I'll be online tonight and tomorrow (yay!) if anyone is able to help in this regard.

This is why I logged in briefly last night - was getting Maxine hooked on a having a hatchling pet, hehe.

No problem at all for them to join the clan.
Or TS for that matter, they are friends of yours so friends of ours by default.

I have a SwordBreaker (Top NG Dagger) and a Comp Bow (Top NG Bow) and I believe I may have a budygen around somewhere.

Thankyou for all the offers of no grade gear, it has been very much appreciated

So far we have

Nisia - elf fighter (heading for temple knight)
Sinysia - dark elf fighter (heading for abyss walker)

and both are now in clan.

The others are going elven elder and probably spellhowler and the characters should be made up this weekend.

Mirisha - dwarf fighter (going scav) - me!!

I'll see about getting Mirisha into the alt clan when we get one up and running, but if its Monday or Tuesday night and I'm online, I'll be on this character so I'll see about getting her onto some friends lists in the meantime. The guys are now all using Teamspeak.

We're arranging D grade purchases now, so if you have any top or second top D grade gear for sale, please speak to Gratzz or Vorsharden/Caradryel as they are kindly organising this. All the help has been VERY much appreciated!
