Might 3 = +15% P.Atk
Shield 3 = +15% P. Def

Mental Shield 2 = 60% resistance to sleep/hold
Mental Shield 3 = 70% resistance to sleep/hold
Mental Shield 4 = 80% resistance to sleep/hold

Guidance 1 = +2 Accuracy
Guidance 2 = +3 Accuracy
Guidance 3 = +4 Accuracy

Death Whisper 1 = +30% Critical Damage
Death Whisper 2 = +40% Critical Damage
Death Whisper 3 = +50% Critical Damage

Invigor 1 = 30% resistance to bleed
Invigor 2 = 40% resistance to bleed
Invigor 3 = 50% resistance to bleed

Bless Shield 1 = +30% shield block rate
Bless Shield 2 = +40% shield block rate
Bless Shield 3 = +50% shield block rate


Focus 2 = +25% Critical
Focus 3 = +30% Critical

Magic Barrier 1 = +23% M. Def
Magic Barrier 2 = +30% M. Def

Bless the Body 1 = +10% HP

Hmm, Berserk increases your matk too and thats not listed. I could probably work out a percentage if I remember to grab the exact numbers next time I hunt Acayni with Kat and Dayjha.
