so after many months of bitching, complaining and bagging WOW out i finally saw the better and went out and bought the game. no laughing CoCo and seqo shut your godamn mouth. never reayll played much of this genre so any help would be great ie what serevers does every one play on and stuff like that.

how much is it to buy now days?

Just take your time mate, mmo's arent for everyone but if you do enjoy it, just prepare your life for a bit of a change lol :p

Most of SB is on the new Aussie timezone server "Jebie'Thos".
WoW is currently up to patch 1.9.4 - I'm not sure where the retail version of the game is up to but i'd recommend downloading the newest patch you can find from your ISP, they can be quite big in size.

As for everything else, pretty much all of SB are fairly new and there's a lot of info in this forum on this first page that should prove helpful

Most of the Gu crowd have started horde characters on this new oceanic server and there is a GU guild and an SB one currently running

I was playing last night on 32k (Modem) connection and it was a little laggy but very playable.

SB is on Jubei'Thos and we're Horde.

Read up on all the latest threads and you'll get the general idea. Read the class descriptions in game and play one you think looks ok for a little while... if you don't like it, create a new character and start again (Second time round is always faster).

I started my account on a 10 day friend trial thingy, and bought it and updated to retail within the 10 days. The thing is, they kept the remaining of the 10 days, added the free month and then will start to bill me. Props to Blizzard, i was impressed they let me keep/use those trial days(ie free days) even after i upgraded.
