    OK I finished your little project you requested Apathy...
    I will deliver it on Monday at your work place.
    Heheheh I let you drawl for a day.... hmmm me bad.

    I attached 2 pics one with cover & one without side cover so you can see it accommodates easily 8 HDD's. Now it's up to you to populate it with 8 X 250gb wooot 2 terabytes .

    Good now I can return to my other 6 projects..... hmmmm string theory does not work fully... mathematics is not correct scratches head.... hey any1 can help me out on negative reversal graviton particles.... poo me workbench is on fire again &^#$% not good

    (Now you know why me alias is Starscream)...

    Hey thats pretty nifty.

    But wouldnt you have to pull your puter apart to hook it up anyways.
    And there would be a ****load of cables going everywhere.
    It looks heavy too.

    Why wouldnt you just take a computer with 8 hdd's.

    How do u hook it up and stuff?
    I dont see any computer hardware on this device other then Hdd's and a Psu.

    Im guessing you'd just hook the power switch jumper on to ure mobo, so the powersupply would boot, and just hook the hd's manually when you need them?? This is when you need a Petabyte rack.... that has its own computer to control where the data is being stored
