    Being a raid leader I can relate to his frustration. That said he's obviously doing something right because he's a fair way through Naxx and killing Viscidus in AQ40based on those comments.

    No, forcing spec and forcing loot is 2 things we dont do. On controversial items we make sure the person really wants it before we assign it but if they do its their DKP. Also people can spec how they want - as long as they do their job and dont suck at it all is good, however if asked to heal, you heal for example.
