Starcraft 2 (permitting it does not take too much bandwidth)
Counter Strike (Cause it always gets played)
Alien Swarm (It is free as in BEER!)

Yeah generally last weekend of each month. All the next dates are on the site if you want to add them to your calander.

Coda mod is now a standalone free indie game - uses the UDK now so you dont need UT3 installed anymore to run it:
