So yeh it seems the people who were working on this and seemed to stop awhile ago, had actually kept working on it in secret. They have been releasing test clients, the latest one is now up.
Get in while you can, these are usually just tests and only last a couple of days.
Notes:
You cant make your own server, you just connect to the same one as everyone else. Its overseas and laggy, pointless, and chaotic. Wont be really good till you can get your own server but its easy enough to try out now.
No NPCs
Cant grapple other players (unless they in a car)
Cant hijack from stunt position anymore.
