On the 26th of February, just a week away, Bulletstorm will be unleashed. For those that haven't yet seen what to expect from the attitude-filled shooter, make sure you have a look at the embedded trailer right here. Excitingly, the game features four-player co-op gameplay in Anarchy mode. Be weary though, Australians are once again a victim of price gouging; we're expected to pay AUD $70, while the US pay AUD $60, and the UK merely AUD $48... -

GameSpot are hard at work again, this time bringing us an interview with Bulletstorm's Creative Director, Adrian Chmielarz, to talk about two of the game's multiplayer modes. The first is Anarchy, a variant of Gears of War 2's familiar Horde mode. The second is Echo and is a little bit less clear, but appears to revolve around scoreboard sequences, where you play set-pieces and aim to achieve more points than anyone else in the world. Have a look for yourself, and pencil the February 24th release date into your calendar.... -

Forgive me for thinking so, but Bulletstorm not only is really starting to look like a whole bundle of fun, but even more so than the forthcoming Duke Nukem Forever. There, I said it. And before you scoff and scorn, make sure you check out this latest trailer titled "Hey Man Nice Shot"... you may even agree with me.... -

It's a bit Duke Nukem, it's a bit Gears of War, and it's kinda bad-ass. I'm not entirely sure yet if it's my type of game, because what I'd coin as 'mindless shooters' generally don't interest me, but this looks atmospheric, energetic, cinematic and down-right gorgeous. Forget my jaded ranting though, a demonstration of gameplay has been shown at GamesCom, so you can make up your own mind. ...
