We may not pay much attention to the famous annual holiday in Australia, but I'm sure some of you will make use of the savings....

Merely a fortnight ago one of Australia's most renowned development studios, Team Bondi, went into receivership. Now there's news of another Australian studio closure, that of Melbourne's Visceral Games, an Electronic Arts subsidiary. A source has told Kotaku that Patrick Soderland, EA vice president, had concluded that the an in-development 360 title would not be profitable, deciding to can the project and the studio.

Update: It turns out that the next Command & Conquer is not being handled by Visceral Games, contrary to reports earlier in the week. Unfortunately for nostalgic Command & Conquer fans, you're in for more of the same. It has been confirmed by Game Informer that the next title is already in development at the same studio that brought us C&C4; EA LA. Dang....

Leaked Dead Space 2 video ahoy! It's terrible quality, but for fans of the recently established IP, this is sure to excite. We'll get a HD version up for you as soon as one is released....

We may see Dead Space 2 hit the PC platform at some stage in the distant future, but EA's 2011 listing for Dead Space 2 didn't make any mention of a PC release for the horror sci-fi sequel. Blue's News has contacted Electronic Arts for comment, and was told that "as of right now a PC sku is not in the plan."...
