If you hadn't heard, Duke Nukem: Next-Gen is a project that looks to recreate the original Duke Nukem 3D, using Unreal Engine technology. The game has now been granted a "personal non-commercial licence" by Gearbox, meaning not only is it allowed to be made, it's allowed to use the official Duke Nukem branding....
