Sony's US PlayStation blog has sent out a reminder that your chance to pick-up some complimentary games is about to run out. LittleBigPlanet and Wipeout HD are options, as well as Dead Nation, inFAMOUS, Super Stardust HD and a bunch of PSP games, too. You've got until the end of today, Sunday July 3rd, to fire up your PS3 and claim a couple of them, and a free 30 day subscription to PlayStation Plus.

Yesterday we reported that Limbo was heading to the PlayStation 3. Now we're pleased to confirm that not only is it hitting the PSN, but Steam on the PC as well. It'll be making its way onto Microsoft's competitor console in July, and with any luck we'll see it on Steam at the same time - but we'll have some more information next week, hopefully with some concrete dates for you....

We've been talking about Twisted Metal rumours here for a while. Jaffe would drop the odd hint, then drop another to nullify it. It was all very confusing, but the cat is finally out of the bag! Twisted Metal for the PlayStation 3 lands in 2011 with choppers, bikes and 16-player online....

How cool was Earthworm Jim? The remake is headed to XBLA and PSN very soon, in HD, and we've just discovered it will deliver four-player co-op! You'll not only get to wriggle your way through the classic platformer with mates, but experience a bunch of new levels, too...

Update: it now looks like this bug has been squashed. Please resume normal activities. Over the past few hours I've seen wide-spread PS3 panic all over the web - angry posts on forums and distress calls on Facebook. It turns out that if you don't have a Slim model, a bug in the system's clock functionality is causing game crashes and losses of data - missing trophies and PSN video rental access are being reported. The Playstation Network has followed hot on the heels of the Xbox 360, with DICE announcing the availability of the demo for download. While I'm sure most of the readers here would rather play a BC2 demo on the PC, and indeed the final game on the PC, this news does signal something for us to get excited about.....
