Almost strangely, and most certainly conversely to many studies publicised by the mainstream media, a new study by Texas A&M International University's associate professor, Dr. Christopher J. Ferguson, suggests that violent video games could actually make for more stable personalities among youth.

I guess it's no surprise that sharper reflexes and some of the tactical planning "pro gamers" do for matches would in someway help on the battlefield... some, very small way.
But apparently it does, and there's even more to it. The Office of Naval Research is currently conducting research in video game training, and has discovered that video game players perform "10 to 20 percent higher in terms of perceptual and cognitive ability" than non-gamers......
