umm well the topic says all,
i got 125 ram and i need 128 is there anything to over ride the ram abit further?

What are you trying to do with the ram?
What do you mean you have 125 ram? Is that how much ram you have in the computer atm? (an odd number of Mb :|)
Also the only way to get more RAM is to physically put more in.
Unless of course your not talking about the size rather the speed of the ram, whcih would confuse me even more so i won't bother.

I'm gunna take a stab, but I'm guessing you have onboard video. The onboard video, unlike expansion card video cards, take their RAM from your system RAM. Hense, the odd non-multiple-of-two amount of RAM. You need to either:
A) Disable your onboard video card in BIOS, if possible and if you're not using it.
B) Purchase a new video card
C) Deal with it. That's how they work. 128->125 is not a significant loss, IMHO.
A side note, it could be your sound card or something wack, but in my experience this sorta issue has ALWAYS come from the onboard video. I don't know of any video cards which do this, but there might be one if it's reeeeeally damn old.
I agree with Whisper it's more than likely the Onboard Video Card. If u got a shop computer then that WILL be what's causing it 8)
