all i can say is. "OMFG that is so fucking cool" but how long til they cost under 1k each is the question

depends if they want to milk the market or not.
Though, it expect it to take about 2-3 years before you see them main stream in some homes.
Also too about the 16 bit color. Its still early days yet man, they still havent fully researched the length of this new technologie. Just imagin, writing in C++ or java, or giving a lecture, and grabing a file or moving desktop items around with your hands. This also added with LOU its going to be amazing 10 years ahead!
