i know that someone has probaberly already talked/asked about this
but is there going to be an evo in jan like last year and do you have anyidea of the date yet

yes i think its a good time to start organising this cause if we want some immagrants comming up from south they need to know the dates so they can plan the trip up

I think it's a pretty safe bet to work around the same dates as the last two January EVO's - Australia Day long weekend (please don't ask for dates :roll: ).

Yep Australia Day weekend is good. I didnt get up to evo from Alice Springs last year, but im keen this time round so the sooner EVO4 can be organised the better. If DGA can get it sorted within the next couple of weeks and give us Gwar members down here an idea on dates, you can expect a good showing on our part :)

Hope it should be safe to assume Australia day again. Would like to make sure all my flights are booked in so I can have the best of my stay back at home while I'm there.

Not really a concern of mine, but would it be a good idea to have the venue the same as last time booked so that we'll have a definite go?

getting concerned also would VERY handy for interstaters. We lost quite a few interstaters due to last minute last year.

I can CONFIRM 100% Evo will be on AUSTRALIA DAY WEEKEND IN JAN.

Hehe, well considering that it is a school and we kids are all off enjoying our last few weeks of freedom before the dreaded new school year I hope it has a better rep too... This will be the only official time I will actually look forward to going to school during my holiday.... :D

Any idea as to when a rego page will be up? As I am gonna be in Adelaide as of Friday until the weekend before Evo 4, and there's no guarantee I'll be able to get on the net, and theres NO WAY i'm gonna miss out on a spot in Evo 4.

I have a theory that if you sell caffiene products such as coke at the lan more gamers will be awake and playing games.

Therefore more gamers means bigger games and more fun.

I saw this done before I think it was red eye. Coke is just as good for the less hardcore. :P
