Steam - Warning! Help!

ok ok ok it says "Steam has found the following problem with your game,
SteamProcesscall(WaitForAppReadyToLaunch) Failed with error 15, Cache Failure.
The game data cache needs to be flushed in order to run. Did you wish to do this now?"
I push ok and it keeps poping up with the same message over and over,
i reinstalled it and deleted all files off it and it still wont work.
So can you Please help?
