create a folder called models in you steam/blahhhh/cstrike folder
i think its models it may just be called model
and just stick them there

ummm... wat does the blaaaaaaahhhh meant to be and i don't think that works

c:/program files/steam/steamapps/you@here.com/counter-strike/cstrike
i created a models folder there and put the models there and it worked for me
