AVG keep picking up this:

How do I get rid of It? The directory does not exist either in explorer or cmd and therefore AVG does not pick it up. Ive used a trojan remover, AVG, and Lavasoft Ad-aware all dont do the job.
Any suggestions anyone

when you say the directory does not exist, do you mean it is simply not there, or you get permission denied errors trying to view it?
from the looks of things its locked into a system restore point, so disabling system restore may delete the associated information, and thus the trojan.
alternatively, if it really really does not exist, completely uninstall and reinstall AVG as it may just be borked
